What if I don't like the recommendations?
You can edit any day in your trip library. Swap places, reorder activities, or add notes. Every time you rate a place after a trip, Locality learns and future itineraries get better.
How do I share my itinerary with friends?
Every itinerary gets a public shareable link. Send it to travel companions or post it on social media. Anyone with the link can view the full day-by-day plan without signing up. You can also revoke the link anytime from your trip page.
What destinations are supported?
We support most major and mid-sized cities worldwide. If a destination is too obscure even for us, the app will suggest a nearby major city and you can adjust your plan from there.
Do credits expire?
No. Trip credits never expire. Buy them when you need them, use them whenever you want. No recurring charges, no monthly commitment.
Can I get a refund?
If a credit hasn't been used, contact us within 30 days and we'll refund it. Once a trip is created with a credit, the credit is consumed and non-refundable.
